A Table Wayne's Kitchen: Flavorful Asian Fusion Dining in Manteca, CA

After spending two nights and three days exploring the breathtaking Yosemite National Park, the hunt for good food on our way home was officially on! This has become our little tradition after every adventure—find something delicious so we can just relax when we get home without worrying about cooking. My son found this spot and said, “It’s five stars on Yelp with over 200 reviews—let’s go!” We arrived around 5 PM, still a bit early for dinner, but we were surprised to see the place already buzzing with people. Luckily, we were seated right away and wasted no time diving into the menu. Here’s what we ordered: 1. CharShu BBQ Pork – $19.99 (with Garlic Noodles +$3) 2. Bang Bang Chicken Plate – $17.99 (with Egg Fried Rice +$1) 3. Chicken Katsu – $16.99 4. Tonkotsu Ramen with Braised Beef – $19.98 5. Shrimp Wonton in Chili Oil – $13.99 My absolute favorites were the CharShu BBQ Pork and the Tonkotsu Ramen—both were incredibly tender and packed with flavor! The garlic noodles were tasty but a bit salty for me. My son couldn’t stop raving about the Chicken Katsu, saying it was one of the best he’s ever had. Service was impressively fast—food started arriving just 15 minutes after we ordered. The Shrimp Wontons came out last, so we only managed to eat a few (we were already too full!). We were so stuffed there was no room left for dessert, but next time we’ll save space for sure. Will definitely be back if we find ourselves in the area again!

Absolutely loved this place! The Asian fusion flavors were spot on—every dish we tried was a hit. The ramen was rich and comforting, with a perfectly balanced broth and fresh toppings. The garlic noodles were bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of kick. And don’t skip the fried green beans—they were crispy, seasoned to perfection, and seriously addictive. Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and made with care. Highly recommended if you’re looking for bold, delicious food in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere!

Me and my husband have come to this restaurant multiple times. The service is outstanding and friendly. The owner never fails to make us feel accommodated and welcome. The food is absolutely amazing and packed with flavor! Every dish was delicious. A table Wayne’s kitchen does not disappoint. Highly recommend!

This was amazing the food the service so great we had the Tsingtao beer the pork chili oil wontons braised beef ramen and the bang bang chicken plate everything was so flavorful we will definitely be back !

Wayne and the crew are amazing at what they do here. The food was phenomenal. I can't even say how amazing the Bang bang shrimp was. Wayne says they have it in the chicken, amd we will definitely try that next time. Don't come here if you are in a hurry. Service and food are done in a timely manner, but more like home cooking time. Wayne makes sure you are taken care of. Doooo be careful when eating your beef chili oil noodles! Some of the juice flew in my eye and I had to go flush it out..maybe next time I will keep my glasses on. Black pepper beef steak super amazing too. Can't wait to go back and try other items. Everyone around us seemed to really enjoy their food too. Free and spacious parking. Very clean place and clean rest room.

My friend and I shared the pork wontons, kimchi bacon fried rice, bang bang shrimp and the spicy beef chow mien. The food was exceptional, the service was fast and friendly. I went in with my newborn as our first outing and everyone was so polite and understanding when the crying began. Super excited to dine here again.

I came on a busy Friday night around 6 pm. We luckily got a table. It was very full. The customer service and the owners were very nice. We did wait about 20 minutes before the food came out, but it was VERY busy and the food is made fresh. The food was very good. We had the pepper steak, bang bang chicken and the chili shrimp wontons. Generous portions.

What a delightful experience we had here! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and promised a table for our party of 7, even though we did not have a reservation and the place was packed. With not too long of a wait we were sitting and ordering items off their extensive menu! Wonderful flavours and interesting combinations! We all had different meals and everyone enjoyed what they had. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the neighborhood! Thanks so much for the great dinner!
